About Youth Spectrum

The members of Youth Spectrum held signicant positions within the regional Erasmus Student Network (ESN) and have played a key role in implementing the "Students Helping Students" initiative at the university level. Thanks to the extensive experience in Erasmus+ programs at both local and international levels, our core team members bring a wealth of experience in youth work, having participated in Erasmus+ mobilities as participants, group leaders for Youth Exchanges, facilitators, and trainers in various training courses. This practical expertise, combined with our solid educational backgrounds in multicultural environments, forms a strong foundation for the professional implementation of Erasmus+ projects. We are committed to promoting outdoor, sports, and ofine-based activities as part of our mission to reduce the excessive time young people spend online unproductively.

Stelina Dimova – President of Youth Spectrum

Stelina brings a rich academic and professional background to her role. She studied German and English at a Foreign Language High School in Bulgaria and later completed a Teacher Training Degree at University College South Denmark. Fluent in English and German, she is also actively learning Danish.

Alexander Thomsen – Social Media and Visibility Manager

Sound Design and Communication graduate with over seven years of experience in music production. Passionate about creativity and youth engagement, he leads Social Media and Visibility at Youth Spectrum, managing the organization's online presence to connect with diverse audiences.

Pavlena Bachvarova – Project Coordinator

She dedicated advocate for youth empowerment, holding a Professional Bachelor’s in International Teaching from Absalon University College and pursuing a Master’s in Culture, Communication, and Globalization at Aalborg University. As a project coordinator, she collaborates with Danish universities and international communities to promote Youth Spectrum’s mission, organize initiatives, and amplify young voices through education and advocacy.

Stefan Dimitrov – Project Coordinator

Stefan 23, holds a Bachelor's in Software Engineering from University College Via, Horsens, and certifications in Full Stack Development. He is currently a Software Developer at Plan2Learn in Aarhus, Denmark, where he uses technology to drive organizational goals. Passionate about travel, Stefan has visited over 20 countries and actively participated in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges. He now serves as a project coordinator and local representative for Youth Spectrum in the Midtjylland region.
